The restoration of the farm has made the old farmers' houses habitable preserving the original materials and adding facilities not present. The walls, the window and door frames, the furniture and wrought-iron accessories as well as the old wooden ceilings were treated exclusively with ecological paints, varnishes and finishing products. The internal and external doors are original and were first sand-blasted to remove the old varnishes and then treated with special oils. The old floors in "lumbard brick" were cleaned and made water repellent thanks to special techniques that revealed their beauty without removing the marks of time.
